dad: "what are you watching, Mafalda?"
mafalda: "the fight."
dad: "but... it's a soap opera! what fight are you talking about?"
mafalda: "the writer's fight. it's fascinating seeing the writer's struggle to scape the clutches of intelligence."

la inteligencia..
ni mucha, ni poca, la suficiente
Muito boa!
I often feel like that when watching TV...like oprah doing an interview.
Yet, we watch...we watch.
hmmm --- I think this fight is spreading fast, and crossing boundaries ...

Joan, para falar de william blake, é suficiente ou basta? :)
nadia, i also used to have similar thoughts when watching tv, then from fascinating those struggles just turned into so predictable ones. so now i am experiencing a tv-free time, a nice one :)
ahan you may be right, sal... then how does it feel?
I am sure you have no idea how excruciating it is, Joice ... :-)

p.s: wow. excruciating! what a word for a friday morning.. aha.

Breaking news! The writers have won the fight. Intelligence has unconditionally surrendered. The masses are rejoicing in the streets.
